To make our grilled salted salmon nigiri, we start by taking a small ball of sushi rice and press it into the shape of an oval with our fingers. We then place the grilled salmon on top of the rice and gently press it down to ensure it is secure.

Next, we sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top of the salmon to enhance its flavor. We then grill the piece of fresh salmon over high heat until it is lightly charred and cooked to medium-rare.

Next, Finally, we serve it with soy sauce and wasabi for dipping. The result is a deliciously flavorful and succulent piece of sushi that is sure to satisfy any seafood lover's cravings.
